Due to the nature of these services we do not offer refunds once the work has commenced. Refunds may only be issued if the client has not submitted the initial Career Questionnaire within 14 days of payment. After this period the project will be considered active and no refunds will be provided. We are committed to delivering high quality professional work and strive for client satisfaction. If you have concerns about your final product we encourage open communication and will make reasonable revisions to ensure you are satisfied with the outcome. However, all payments are final once work has begun and no refunds will be issued.
